Our intrabodies are based on single-domain antibodies (or sdAbs), which are much smaller and simpler versions of conventional antibodies. Essentially, sdAbs provide the precision binding and targeting flexibility that made antibodies so successful, but they are only 1/10th the size.

By delivering sdAbs encoded as mRNA safely encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, we can address our Intrabody therapies directly to the tissue of interest and leave healthy cells untouched.

Through this combination of targeted delivery and antibody specificity, Intrabodies are exceptionally potent on seemingly impossible targets, while being gentle on the rest of the body.
